Hey this is 2010 right, so nothing should be shocking. A 24 year old Bulgarian man by the name of Penio Daskalov will be undergoing cosmetic surgery to look more like Lady Gaga (hey he already has the nose down pat). Daskalov thinks it will help jump start his singing career.
